When do registrations open?

Registrations open on 1 March at 7:00 a.m. on www.usds.ch.

How do I register my child?

Register your child online at inscription.usds.ch.

How can I modify or cancel a registration?

Email us with your child’s first and last name and the week concerned.

What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

Drop-off is between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m., and pick-up is between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m.

What are the drop-off and pick-up times at lunchtime?

Drop-off and pick-up take place between 12:45 and 1:15 p.m. at the same meeting point.

Can I drop off my child after 9:00 a.m. or pick them up before 5:00 p.m.?

Yes, in exceptional circumstances. Drop-off and pick-up are not available outside the stated hours.

What happens during a heatwave?
Activities are adapted to the weather: activities take place in the shade, with more frequent water breaks, water games and a lighter schedule in the afternoon.

What happens when it rains?
In case of rain, children take shelter under the covered area of a school near the activity location.

How old does my child need to be to participate?
Children must be at least 4 years old on the first day of the activity week and must be toilet-trained and independent.

Where can I find the participation requirements?
On our website, www.usds.ch under “Terms and Conditions”.

Who should I contact in case of an emergency during the activity week?
For emergencies, email us at info@usds.ch We will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I report an absence or late arrival?
Absences are automatically recorded in our system. If your child is arriving late, you can meet our team directly at the activity location from 9:15 am or 1:30 pm.

I haven’t received a confirmation or information email. What should I do?
Make sure payment was made within 7 days of registration. If you haven’t received a confirmation, contact us by email.

For information emails, check your SPAM folder. If the message isn’t there, contact us using a different personal email address.
