Personal Data Collected
When you register individually or as part of a group online, we collect the following contact information:
- Child information: first name, last name, age, home address, first name, last name and phone number of the child’s doctor.
- Parent information: first and last name, mobile phone number, parent’s email address, first and last name of the person authorized to pick up the child.
- Permissions and acceptance: parental authorization for image use, liability waiver in case of accident, civil liability, damage or theft, and acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
Purpose of Processing
This personal data is used to: organize the activity weeks according to location, week, and age group; communicate with parents about registrations and upcoming events; and request subsidies from Geneva municipalities.
Data Retention Period
Personal data is kept for one year on a secure server located in Switzerland, ensuring the protection of privacy. Only email addresses are retained beyond this period to inform parents.
Parents’ Rights
Parents may request the deletion of their child’s data, provided the child is no longer registered for a week. Requests must be sent to info@usds.ch.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
No personal data is shared with third parties.
Legal Framework
